These are our larger rooms equipped with your choice a queen bed or two twin beds, a sink vanity, two armoires, two chairs and two televisions. With extra large windows and limited occupancy for couples while supplies last. All couples receive $200/mo per couple discount on resident fees monthly. Reserve beds today.

Shared Beds

Shared Bedrooms are larger than our private rooms, with accommodations adequate for two non-related single residents to comfortably share living space. A curtain is made available to give privacy for residents when necessary. Each resident has their own Twin Bed with Tufted Headboard, Dual Night stands, Window, Mirror, Wardrobe, a Chair and Television. Couples options are available for Queen Bed. *Relatives and Couples Discounts Available

Hospice Rooms

Larger brightly lit rooms for 1 or 2 Hospice patients or for family to stay alongside their loved ones 24/7 or leave the care to us. We provide the room & board, meal delivery, medication and pain assistance, bathing, and all services and daily cares for your loved one alongside your primary care prescribed Hospice Staff. We have supportive staff and a coffee and snack bar, lovely library and private patio for family to gather and grieve during this difficult time.

Building Layout

The gracious foyer in our Gladstone location is where residents and guests check in with our Director of Operations. The foyer then leads to the spacious conversation area and coffee bar with the living area on the left and dining area on the right.The facility has a north wing with resident private suites and a south wing with a mixture of our couples suites, as well as private and shared suites. The facility is equipped with a game room, library, movie theatre, gym and spa for the ultimate luxury living experience.

Independent Living

Transition Independent Living Communities offer furnished bedroom or apartment rentals that offer amenities such as additional meal services, access to transportation, recreational activities, and health services, but residents are encouraged to manage their daily lives more independently. It is a lifestyle where individuals, often seniors or people with disabilities, live in their own homes or apartments while having access to various support services as needed. This approach allows them to maintain their autonomy and make their own choices while having assistance available for daily tasks, healthcare, or social activities. Transition Independent living encompasses a variety of arrangements and services designed to support individuals who wish to live on their own while maintaining their independence. This model contrasts and also compliments our adjacent Assisted Living where residents receive more comprehensive care and support. The goal of independent living is to promote personal independence and enhance quality of life.
