A core principle of the Transition Independent Living lifestyle is the emphasis on personal choice and autonomy. Transition Independent Living is designed to foster independence and quality of life for individuals who want to live on their own while still having access to necessary support systems. Residents can decide how to manage their daily routines, participate in activities, and seek assistance when needed, empowering them to maintain their independence.

Health and Wellness

Transition Assisted Living has a health and wellness focused community which includes access to the fitness center 8 am-8pm, any posted group fitness classes, virtual classes.

Affordability

Transition Independent living is one of the most affordable high-end housing options in the medical community. Transition is able to accept funds from family support, trusts, long-term care insurance, auto insurance coverages from accidents as well as VA programs. We offer 40% of our houses designated for low income residents. Transition Assisted Living also gives approximately $100,000 “Transition Gives Back” Grants to people compelling stories who are experiencing financial hardship.

Community Engagement

According to the National Poll on Healthy Aging, adults ages 50 to 80 report feeling lonely and isolated. Living with other residents naturally creates community. Additionally, our Residents have access to our main facility to participate in our planned activities to join and/or lead groups such as knitting, crafting, dance, yoga, etc. and veteran clubs.

Safety and Security

Living with other residents creates community. Being among other people helps in situations like medical emergencies. Phones are installed to call the facility and/or 911 in case of emergency.

Low Maintenance Lifestyle

All-inclusive rent includes grounds maintenance, snow removal and general unit maintenance and repairs. Residents may submit maintenance requests directly, enhancing communication and service efficiency directly through our Resident Center App.

All-Inclusive Pricing

Our community will offer all-inclusive rental pricing which includes all furniture, utilities, weekly cleaning, wifi, maintenance, and access to the community amenities such as spa, fitness center, library, group activities, holiday meals and parties, and more.

Resident Center App

Resident’s pay a one-time monthly payment. All billing, and payments are currently set up electronically through our Resident Center App. Residents are able to set up recurring electronic automatic payments free with ACH transfers, *Credit or Debit cards. *Fees may apply
